31 January 1983: The first episode of the new Nine Network police drama Waterloo Station. The series, starring Ron Graham, Pam Western, Sally Tayler, Danny Roberts, John Bonney, Jennifer Ludlam, Jennifer West, Andrew Clarke, Tex Morton, Gerry Sont and Bartholomew John, was produced by Grundy Television. It was to have a short life.

31 January 1993: Seven launches it new magazine show Talk To The Animals, hosted by Dr Harry Cooper (pictured) with reporters Pamela Graham, Richard Fitzgerald, Kelly Pummeroy and Mike Lester.
