The adventure series Skippy The Bush Kangaroo debuts on Nine. The series was already an international hit, screening in the United Kingdom, Finland, Netherlands, Canada (in both French and English) and Japan before it had debuted in Australia.
Nine also debuts two new daytime shows — game show Everybody’s Talking, hosted by Philip Brady, and courtroom series The Unloved, which dramatises real life cases from the children’s court.
TV Week also had listed the debut of Days Of Our Lives at 12pm, however this appears to have been overridden at the last minute as newspaper TV guides did not list DOOL on TCN9’s schedules until August.
