Obituary: Richie Benaud

Richie Benaud, champion Australian cricketer and icon of sports broadcasting, has died at the age of 84. He died peacefully in his sleep at a Sydney hospice, his family advised. Prime7 Tamworth turns 50

Tamworth television station NEN9, now representing the Prime7 network to Northern NSW and the Gold Coast, was opened 50 years ago today.
