Prime Media shareholders vote for Seven takeover

Shareholders in regional broadcaster Prime Media Group have voted in favour of acquisition of the company by Seven West Media. Obituary: Peter Cundall

Former ABC gardening presenter Peter Cundall has died peacefully after a short illness at the age of 94. Manchester-born Cundall served with the British Army in World War II and in 1950 settled in Tasmania, where he started a gardening and landscaping business in Launceston.
