Friday 14 March 1980 — SYDNEY

Bert Newton hosts the annual TV Week Logie Awards from the Hilton Hotel, Melbourne.

The Ten Network’s ill-fated soap opera Arcade was listed to appear but in reality had been pulled from the schedule at the end of February. It was replaced by repeats of MASH.
