ABC presents a repeat of the 1978 telemovie Because He’s My Friend, starring Jack Thompson, Warwick Poulsen, Tom Oliver and US actress Karen Black.
Poulsen won a TV Week Logie Award in 1979 for his portrayal of a teenager with an intellectual disability.
