Monday 29 April 1963 — VICTORIA

The launch of ABC’s first regional transmission in Victoria — ABEV1 Bendigo.

The opening night includes some special programming exclusive to ABEV1 but from the following night ABEV1 became a full relay of all ABV2 programs with the exception of the 6.55 regional news.
