Obituary: Bruce Mansfield

Bruce Mansfield, prominent media identity in Melbourne for 50 years, has died at the age of 71. Mansfield had been diagnosed with prostate cancer last year. The nephew of popular 1940s and 1950s radio host Terry Dear, Mansfield’s first break in radio came in winning a competition for a junior announcing position at Melbourne station 3UZ. …
